Job Description: 

This is a key role in our company, you will act as the liaison between our entire customer base and our manufacturing team, facilitating consistent communication and information flow between the two.

Responsibilities and tasks you’ll own:

1. Customer Service Excellence:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate product information and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Target potential new clients through strategic outreach efforts while also expanding existing customer base.

2. Accounts Receivable:

  • Maintain general oversight and accuracy of A/R files - generate invoices, receive customer payments, file corresponding documents, and prepare daily deposits.
  • Finesse in managing overdue accounts while preserving strong customer rapport.

3. Organization and Communication:

  • Maintain a well-organized office environment, including managing supplies, seasonal release schedules, and resources to support efficient operations.
  • Manage internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, with professionalism and clarity.

4. Administrative Management:

  • Oversee administrative tasks such as record keeping, data entry, and file organization to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
  • Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as needed.

5. Team Leadership and Support:

  • Collaborate with owners and other managers to ensure alignment of goals and smooth interdepartmental operations.

6. Problem Solving and Adaptability:

  • Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement within the office environment and customer interactions, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances, industry trends, and customer preferences to maintain the company's competitive edge.

Requirements/Preferred Experience:

Bachelors degree required

Business Administration Degree preferred

Accounting software experience is preferred

Experience in sales would be a bonus
